Welcome to Pool Cover LLC. By engaging with our services, accepting a quotation, or purchasing our products, you agree to the legally binding terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Work & Product Specifications

Scope: Our primary scope of work is limited strictly to Supply & Installation.
Exclusions: ANY TYPE OF CIVIL OR MEP WORK IS EXCLUDED FROM OUR SCOPE (INCLUDING ANY ELECTRICAL WORK). No accessories will be provided other than the ones explicitly mentioned in the approved quotation.
Product Material: We supply automatic swimming pool covers manufactured from highly durable polycarbonate material.
Customization: Every pool cover is uniquely customized to perfectly fit the exact size and shape of your specific swimming pool.

2. Variations and Payment Terms

Price Variations: If there is any change in the Size, Spec, Design, Finish, or Project Location from the original assessment, there will be a price variation.
Payment Schedule: A standard payment schedule applies to all orders, requiring a 50% payment upon placing the order and the remaining 50% payment upon delivery.
Payment Plans: To further facilitate your purchase, a 0% interest payment plan is available for eligible customers.
Refunds: We strictly follow a No-Refund Policy.

3. Delivery, Installation, and Force Majeure

Scheduling: The Delivery & Installation schedule will be subject to the Company's plan proposed and agreed upon during the finalisation of the Project.
Geopolitical & Force Majeure Advisory: While we strive to adhere to the projected schedule, please be advised that ongoing regional instability and geopolitical uncertainties may impact international logistics and shipping routes. Consequently, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe and shall not be held legally accountable for any delays resulting from these external disruptions.

4. Safety, Misuse, and Liability Limitations

Safety Design: Our automatic covers provide a secure safety barrier guarding against accidental, unsupervised falls. They are engineered to support a weight capacity of 30 kg per square meter, and up to 50 kg per square meter as per specific model requirements, safely accommodating the combined weight of adults, children, and pets.
Limitation of Liability: Pool Cover Trading L.L.C. does not assume any liability for damages or injuries that could arise from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Misuse Clause: POOLCOVERS.AE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF THE POOL COVER. The cover can guard against accidental falls but is not designed for intentional use as a recreational surface or floating device. This includes, but is not limited to, walking, jumping, sports, overcrowding, swimming beneath the cover, or placing heavy objects on top.
Mandatory Supervision: PARENTAL SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN AROUND SWIMMING POOLS IS ALWAYS MANDATORY WITH OR WITHOUT A COVER IN ACCORDANCE TO LOCAL LEGISLATION.

5. Utility Savings, Chemical Disclaimers, and Maintenance

All advertised savings—averaging 1,100 AED per month—are estimates based on specific baselines (such as an 8m x 5m pool with 56,000 L volume, using DEWA tariffs of 4.03 fills/IG for water and 30.25 fills/KWh for electricity). Actual savings will vary.

Chemical Savings: Uncovered pools lose chlorine rapidly to UV rays, which can destroy half your chlorine in just 17 minutes and reduce overall levels by 90%. Our covers block UV exposure, preventing the need for excessive cyanuric acid and minimizing algae growth. Chemical usage in covered pools can be reduced by as much as 60%.
Maintenance Reduction: Installing our cover decreases cleaning frequency and can eliminate the need for a pool boy, saving an average of 300 AED per month.

6. Promotional Offers

Robotic Cleaner: We offer a free wall-climbing, cordless automatic robotic pool vacuum, strictly subject to promotional conditions.
Water Testing: We provide complimentary pool water testing both before installation and one week after installation.

7. Media Consent and Usage Rights

By providing consent, you grant Pool Cover Trading LLC the right to use photographs, video/audio recordings, and written or spoken testimonials in connection with the promotion and marketing of our products.

Usage: This media may be used in printed materials, social media, websites, email campaigns, and press releases without further inspection or approval. All captured media becomes the property of the company without entitlement to royalties or compensation.
Revocation: Participation is voluntary. You may revoke this consent at any time in writing via email, though this will not apply to materials already produced and/or distributed. You release the company from any liabilities or claims connected to the use of this media.

8. Maintenance and Care Instructions

Our product is designed to be used safely and effectively when all instructions are properly followed. To ensure the longevity of your pool cover, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Physical Cover Maintenance: Please avoid using high-pressure washers in close proximity to the material. Particular care should be taken around the edges, as the concentrated force of a high-pressure washer may cause structural damage or premature wear.
Water Chemistry Care: Because the cover drastically reduces water evaporation and chlorine dissipation, you must adjust your chemical routine. We provide free water testing before and one week after installation to help you establish the correct chemical balance.
